Refund policy.
Last updated October 24, 2026. Listing an app is free; this covers paid sponsor slots.
Full refunds
- You cancel early: cancel any week up to 7 days before it starts (Monday 00:00 UTC) from your account, and that week is refunded in full.
- We don't approve your ad: every ad is reviewed before it runs. If we decline it, it's refunded in full.
- We can't run it: if we have to remove an approved ad for a reason that isn't your fault, or the site can't show it, that week is refunded in full.
- A payment that arrives too late: if your payment is confirmed after your 30-minute hold ran out and someone else has booked the slot, you're refunded automatically.
No refund
- Weeks cancelled less than 7 days before they start, or weeks that have already started.
- Ads removed because they broke our terms after they started running (for example the link began serving malware).
- Ad results: we report impressions and clicks honestly but don't guarantee them.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe. Each week is refunded separately, so cancelling one week of a multi-week order refunds only that week. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
